GPS Member Anurah Pitches his business to Peter Jones

Last month our very own Anurah Farell GPS graduate and Winner of PROJECTyourTALENT 4Business beat 100’s of fellow students at the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy at Westminster Kingsway College to become one of 6 finalists given the opportunity to make a direct pitch to Peter Jones in person. Watch all the finalists make their pitch (watch out for the emotional response to Anurah’s pitch).



The GPS Dinner date: The date earmarked is Friday 26th September. There are only 25 places available. The price is £25 for those with GPS membership or who support Urban Voice UK (our Youth charitable organisation) through regular donations and will include drinks reception and dinner. For this you get a 3 course meal which represents unbelievable value. The price is £40 for non-members which is still good value. Special guest will be Manager of 3 HSBC branches Akin who will continuing sharing on the topic: The importance of learning financial literacy in the home and in business.

For the third year running Urban Voice UK has teamed up with Localgiving and the cabinet office.
Through the Grow Your Tenner scheme they will be matching donations up to £10 made to local charitable organisations such as Urban Voice UK –doubling the value of donations made by people like you, so that we can continue supporting young people to live fulfilled lives.
The campaign is set to start on Tuesday 14th October at 10am. From the Grow your tenner funding pot both one-time donations up to £10 and monthly donations up to £10, for the first 6 months will be matched.

Monthly donations allow Urban Voice UK now in its 11th year to continue its work in supporting, developing and investing in young aspiring talented individuals who display aptitude.
